An ART™ session with Emilie will look more like a PT session than a classic massage. Most of the work is performed over athletic clothing and also involves a large amount of movement from the client. Sessions are focused around targeted structural work intended to help resolve acute and chronic conditions, and generally relief from symptoms can be achieved after the first session.
